Phases

Phase 01
Discovery
We listen without assumptions. Structured conversations with leadership, managers, and key team members surface the real friction, not the symptoms, but the causes driving them. Numbers confirm the diagnosis. They rarely reveal it. This phase typically spans two to four weeks and concludes with an initial findings summary.
Phase 02
Diagnostic
A formal organizational diagnostic maps friction across all eight practice areas and produces a prioritized findings document. Clients say this alone is worth the investment. The diagnostic sequences findings by cost, by urgency, and by the leverage each fix provides for the work that follows.
Phase 03
Advisory
Recommendations are delivered. From there, LSI works directly with leadership to develop a prioritized action roadmap and install the frameworks needed to execute. This is not a slide deck and a handshake. It is a working document with clear owners, clear timelines, and clear accountability built to be used, not filed.
Phase 04
Implementation
Most consulting ends at the recommendation. LSI does not. We stay engaged until the changes take hold, accountability is in place, and the work is running. LSI does not consider an engagement complete until the outputs are operational, not theoretical.
Phase 05
Retainer
Ongoing monthly advisory for organizations that want a trusted partner close to the business as it applies what the engagement produced. A consistent senior resource is available to work through emerging issues, hold accountability, and help leadership navigate decisions with full context.

An intensive two-day format compresses Discovery and initial Diagnostic into a structured on-site engagement designed for leadership teams that need to move quickly on a specific challenge or want to accelerate the discovery and diagnostic phase before scoping a full engagement. The two-day intensive produces a written findings summary and a prioritized recommendation set.
