Sessions are one hour and one-to-one. Committed engagements begin with a 360-degree review, so you see yourself the way others experience you, and a clear 60-day plan with specific outcomes you can measure. From there the coaching gets practical. We work the gap between where you are and where you are called to be, we keep coming back to priorities so your leadership and your life pull in the same direction, and commitments made in one session are reviewed in the next.
There is no curriculum handed to you; the agenda is your real week, across management, communication, and strategy. This is the same lens LSI brings to full organizational engagements, applied to one person, and the aim is bigger than performance. It is honest, intense coaching meant to elevate how you lead and help you become the leader God intended you to be.

Single sessions: $550 per one-hour session. Book as needed.
Committed package: most leaders choose the eight-session package at $3,500, a discounted rate that gives us the runway to do real, lasting work.
Project engagements: ongoing or specialized individual arrangements are scoped and priced by project.
