Numbers confirm the diagnosis. They rarely reveal it. This phase typically spans two to four weeks and concludes with an initial findings summary.

A formal organizational diagnostic maps friction across all eight practice areas and produces a prioritized findings document. Clients say this alone is worth the investment. The diagnostic sequences findings by cost, by urgency, and by the leverage each fix provides for the work that follows.
